Magsort is looking for a CFO with a strong business focus and ability to partner with the CEO and key management team. We are looking for a candidate who can work hands-on with our small international team, to scale and develop the financial processes as our business grows. Ideally, the candidate has relevant experience in business control including financial modelling, forecasting and follow-up – especially in an international project business framework.
Ideal candidate would demonstrate a proven skillset especially in financial planning, KPI based reporting, cost & control, as well as have relevant skills to bring together financial information from various projects/subsidiaries and distill the essentials for key stakeholders such as senior management, BoD and investors.
On a personal level, a good candidate would possess strong teamworking and communication skills accompanied with a can & will-do attitude as well as willingness to work in highly international business that includes a regular need to travel.
