In this role you will have full ownership and accountability for Magsort's project management and delivery process. You will report directly to Magsort’s CEO and be a member of the Management Team.
Your responsibilities include target-oriented execution and both strategic and day-to-day development in e.g. the following areas:
The position is located in Helsinki, Finland. Our office space is in the historic seafront district in the heart of the city center.
What we expect from you:
You have a technical background, e.g. M.Sc. or B.Sc. in Engineering or a similar field of study. You have a strong track record in project management related to an industrial system and you know how to deal with subcontractors. You have experience in leading an expert organization and working in direct client interface. As a person, you are solution-focused and collaborative, and you are able to work in a fast-paced environment under pressure. You have a service mindset and good communication skills in English.
